I’m a stress coach and registered nutritional therapist. I help women who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, and unfulfilled completely overhaul their life, health, beliefs, and behaviour so that they can get happier, healthier and have more time to do what they love.

Chronic stress causes inflammation, which is the precursor to most major illnesses. It’s easy to normalise it, to think it’s just a part of life or that it’s somehow our failure that we’re not able to cope with all the demands we face.
